10 years old balsamic vinegar of Modena


Olica balsamic vinegar came from Modena, Italy.
Originally Balsamic vinegar was made from grapes grown in Province of Modena in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, mostly Trebbiano and Lambrusco.

This classic balsamic taste has been achieved by using the Solera method of blending, and then transferring of the cooked grape must between different size barrels. Only certain high quality wood barrels can be used to age the balsamic vinegar. It matured due to slow acidification up to 10 years.

This dense condiment has rich dark brown color, well-balanced sweet and sour taste, some hints of orange and fig flavors with Port and Madeira wines undertones.
